DELIVERY 

Shipping and handling charges are based on the country you ship to, which you select on the shipping form.

Couriers

All orders will be delivered via DHL or FEDEX.

Processing Time

For orders within Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong, delivery time may take up to 5 working days. Delivery to other international destinations may take up to 7 working days. Limited edition items and/or orders which require engraving services may need an additional 1-2 working days to process.

More time is required to process bulk/ large quantity orders and products with insufficient stock due to overwhelming demand. Delivery to places outside the standard delivery areas may incur additional days. Delivery time is also subject to the Customs clearance process.

Custom Clearance

Customs clearance in Europe, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan typically takes 1-2 days. However, Customs clearance for orders transacted in USD will require a longer lead time and delivery time, as the orders will only be released from Customs once the duties and taxes are paid by the recipient to the courier services.

Orders may be put on hold by Customs in countries such as China, the Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Brazil, South Africa and Russia for a longer period due to the different procedures practised by Customs. We may require your cooperation to provide the requested documents or appoint a local agent to act on your behalf. 

For delivery to Russia, we only accept orders delivered to company addresses. 

Item Tracking
Customers will receive an email notification with tracking details from the courier service providers upon dispatch from the Royal Selangor headquarters.

On-Demand Delivery 

On-Demand Delivery services are FREE for customers from Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and England. Customers are required to enter their mobile number and email address in the shipping form on our website. Customers will receive automatic notifications once shipments are picked up from our headquarters.

A pre-delivery notification via SMS will be sent to the recipient before the estimated delivery date. The recipient can modify the requested delivery date and/or delivery options upon receiving the notification or via the website/left card.

Recipients can choose the following options:

  • Schedule Delivery - Reschedule delivery date and/or time
  • Leave with Neighbour - The consignee can specify a specific location and/or unit number
  • Service Point Delivery - Collect the item by themselves

Neutral Delivery 

Every payment receipt will be attached to the delivery parcel, as requested by Customs. Special requests to remove the receipt of your order will incur additional costs, charged by the courier service providers.

Custom Duties & Tax

Comyns delivers to addresses worldwide, excluding P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses.

Terms & Conditions

The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the shipping address before completing an order. We have the right to refuse delivery if the address was incorrectly entered, e.g., keying in a UK-based street and postcode information and setting the country to Malaysia.

Removal Of Commercial Invoice/Payment Receipt

Every commercial invoice/payment receipt will be attached to the delivery parcel, as requested by Customs. Special requests to remove the receipt of your order will incur an additional cost of USD15, charged by the courier service providers.
